Painting Foreman

WBG has experienced massive growth over the last 4 years. We are on the lookout for experienced Painting Foreman to join our team.

About the role

• You will be responsible for the supervision and management of our team of painters and sub-contractors.
• Planning, scheduling, and management of workflow across multiple projects
• Coaching, mentoring and sign offs for our Painting Apprentices’
• Ordering of paint product
• Spray painting of residential and commercial buildings

Our ideal candidate

• Qualified Painter and Decorator - Specialised Spraying
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ proven industry experience at Foreman level
• High standard of Health & Safety and compliance practices
• Must have an eye for detail and have a strong focus on quality finishing
• Lead a drug free lifestyle and able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens
