Mitchpine Limited is a family-owned and operated business located in Horowhenua. We are a major supplier of outdoor timber products delivering throughout NZ and are known for the quality of our products and our excellent customer service.

Due to the growth of the company, this is a new position created to assist the Production and Dispatch Manager with the effective delivery of our product to our customers.

We are seeking a full-time permanent Assistant Dispatch Manager who will be responsible for the overall effective assembly and delivery of timber, posts, and poles to meet targets and order requirements.

Day to day tasks will include:

  • Coordination with the Production Manager and Departments to ensure minimal out of stocks and back orders
  • Communicate any stock issues and delays to office staff to advise customers
  • Assist with the loading and dispatching trucks
  • Assist with picking orders with a high level of accuracy.

  • Are physically fit with a proven work ethic
  • Have good verbal and numeracy skills
  • Have health and safety experience
  • Be a flexible multi-tasker with good communications skills
  • Are willing to work as part of a team and have a great attitude
  • Have a real desire to learn.
