Medication Support Worker

MASH is a provider of community based residential and rehabilitation support services. We support a range of people with differing needs to live as independently as possible in the community.

If you are passionate about making a difference and helping others, this may be the role for you.  Previous experience in not essential, life skills and transferable skill sets will support your application.

The Job:
This role involves providing medication support to the community, in their homes across Horowhenua

Hours of work:  This is a part time position working 48 hours per fortnight 

Hours of work -  7.30am to 10.30am and 4pm to 7pm
You will also be required to work every second weekend

The Skills: 

• Some experience in medication support
• Passion for people, flexible approach, team player, good listener, self-motivated and good initiative
• Relevant experience or qualification is desirable 
• Support Workers come from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences, but all have one thing in common, the desire to enable others to develop resilience and move forward with their recovery
• You will have a current First Aid Certificate or a willingness to obtain one
• Eligible to work in NZ
• Full NZ driver’s licence is essential
