We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Officer - Rates in our team! Your role will be essential in ensuring correct processing of rates instalments, penalties, and legal changes while providing excellent customer service to our community. 

Be a customer service wizard! Answer inquiries with lightning speed and dazzle our customers with your financial magic. Abracadabra, inquiries resolved! Get creative with rates policy and modelling! Are you a finance professional with a passion for accuracy and maintaining high-quality records? 

Your communication skills will be impeccable and your strongest asset. Customer Focus:  you will manage the community and customer expectations in line with Council's strategic goals and adopted policies, ensuring a positive and customer-centric approach. 

You’ll be confident and driven to make things happen and have a “business improvement” mind-set. Proactively working alongside the finance team and wider Council by providing accurate and readily understood financial advice to guide and enable  good decision making.
