Experienced Commercial/Property Lawyer (Locum or Permanent)

CS Law is an established law firm with offices in Levin and Wellington – our practice covers a wide range of specialist legal knowledge including litigation, commercial, rural, property, and estates.

One of our Directors is heading off on parental leave for a few months, and we are looking for a Commercial/Property Lawyer to work alongside our other busy Director to manage this area of our practice.  Specifically we are looking for:

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience working in commercial/property law in a reputable law firm, preferably with exposure to property and subdivision work.
• New Zealand qualified with sound expertise and familiarity with current New Zealand legislation. 
• Provide outstanding client service delivery and be able to manage workloads and deadlines effectively. 
• Ability to lead a busy team – strong communication skills are a must. 
• You will need initiative, sound judgement, and be able to lead by example to empower our team members and collaborate effectively.
