He angitūtanga - The opportunity
Our Customer Experience team is looking for a new Casual Customer Experience Officer superstar who is a able to support and contribution to our fun, busy, diverse and energetic environment. Based at the Levin Aquatic Centre and Foxton Pools, you will be working with a small team of customer experience officers to provide excellent customer service to pool users, customers, clients and contractors. The customer experience officers are the face of the pools and are responsible for answering queries and questions over the phone and in person, processing payments, assisting with learn to swim and fitness class bookings and providing administrative support to the management team at Aquatics Horowhenua. Hours of work will be casual and available throughout the week including evenings and weekends.

If you are the right person for this role then you have good communication skills, a friendly, positive can do attitude and the ability to think on your feet is essential. Experience in a customer facing role and previous experience working in reception or administration is a bonus but not essential.
